What I would like to know is who is the idiot who said the show was finished. Don't they care that so many people enjoy the show & what about the shows ratings. C'mon SBS, take the hint & bring it back.

A cry of anguish
I was shocked to hear my favourite programme is threatened. I schedule our evening meal in order to sit down for half an hour of fun and brain teasing. What are you doing ?!!!! Reconsideration is a MUST.

Please reconsider the decision. Letters & Numbers is a great show. Great presenters who are only ever supportive and encouraging providing a great attitude. It's fun & hopefully keeps the mind active for longer.

L & N brings families together (including very young children) and it is educational. L & N has been an inspiration in classrooms. Personally, I have more of a word-bent but L & N has revived my maths-ability. I also now know how to "tweak". The absence of hype on the show was also refreshing. Bring back 13tt3r5 4nd num83r5.

This is a great show - I watch it every night and now my grandchildren are watching, and participating, as well. Please reconsider SBS.

Please don't axe the BEST show on TV which gives joy to all ages. We don't want another country's version and contestants ......we want our own Richard, David and Lily. JUST DON'T DO IT! There is so much rubbish on TV already and this show is a standout for it's civility and good humour and intelligence in a great family timeslot and it's OURS to be proud of and join in. I, my daughter and grandson beg you, SBS!

No overseas L&N. We want Lilly!
Please reconsider. We need Australian content in a show like Letters and Numbers.

Letters and Numbers
SBS - think of the competition in the 6:00 to 6:30 time slot - so-called news on the commercial channels, re-hashed UK programs on ABC1 or some old political hacks dragged out for ABC24 - with Letters and Numbers you have something that is vibrant, interesting, informative and stimulating with three people who each night make the show what it is
Besides this, what is SBS going to do now to attract viwers to its 6:30 news? The Tour de France highlights can't go on forever!
