Help save Letters and Numbers

A fellow L&N fan has posted on the Being Back Letters & Numbers Facebook page, that he has had an email from SBS saying L&N is likely to make a return on the 1st August. Let's hope this is really true. I might not believe it til I see our friends Richard, Lily and David together again on the tv, but I am more hopeful than I have been. Maybe our protests have been heard

For some people it is their fix for the day.

Perhaps those enraged at the demise of L & N should consider boycotting any advertiser supporting the 6:00 to 6:30 pm time slot on SBS until L & N is restored.

Rise up!! Remember Spartacus!!

My husband and enjoy Letters and Numbers and think it would be a great shame if SBS discontinued the show. As a teacher I noticed my kindergarten children were absorbing skills watching the show with their families. Australia needs to have its own show with it's own voices We must not do away with Australia content on SBS surely it could not cost a lot the savings are not worth the anger of your viewers!

This is a fantastic show. How great to have kids watch this and try to use their brains instead of the brainless sit coms that are the fare of other stations. It's great for us older people to keep our brains limber, too. Please bring it back.

Please bring back letters and numbers, the good quality Australian version. A great chance to have the whole family thinking in an entertaining way! There are too many overseas TV programs, the unique Australian influence of L&N is positive for all ages.

Had only just recruited 6 new friends to the show whilst on a houseboat holiday a couple of weeks ago, lo and behold we get back and its gone.......not good enough. A great show enjoyed by all ages, but specifically for the older viewers a great way to stretch their imagination and thought processes as we age. Very dissapointing. BRING IT BACK!!!!!!!!!!

I am very disappointed that SBS has removed L&N from evening viewing. This was top entertainment of a different kind and I learned so much, unlike the reality trash the other stations provide each evening.

SBS has shown a serious lack of understanding of viewer support for a program like Letters and Numbers. There is nothing else to match it! Please bring it back.

Some mainstream program's are just mindless
It is a program that gives people some skills, while educating them and done so professionally
People get to use their brains
Isn't that what we want
Like many people who watch this show, wewill now go back to watching other stations
